Yoga has become a way of life for me and I am fully dedicated to it. I have completed Rajadhiraja training with Himalayan Yoga Institute, followed by Restorative yoga training with Triyoga. During my practice I aim to make students relaxed and energised at the same time, working on connecting the body and mind as this is what yoga really means. During my class I love to combine creative sequencing and no class is ever dull. I seek to help others to thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
