Katie | Dance Trainer and Fitness Instructor | New Motion Fitness

Katie is a fabulous group fitness instructor from bonnie Scotland. However, she spent many years growing up in Florida, laterally studying dance at the University of South Florida. Dancing her way over from Florida to London, Katie spent a few years following her passion in dance and performing, to find that group fitness was where she always belonged.

Katie’s 10 years of experience learning how to move and strengthen her body makes her an ideal teacher in the industry we have today. Her expertise in body weight exercise, starting at low impact to high impact, will leave you feeling challenged but educated on how to do it properly. You can also catch her getting creative with the weights, resistance bands and ankle weights. And more recently you can find her showing you how to throw the perfect punch.
