HIIT vs House is a high intensity cardio/strength workout, with a live DJ & an immersive light display like nothing else in London. Strengthen every muscle in 40 minutes using resistance bands, gliding discs (amazing for your core!), hand weights & body weight exercises. Exercises are performed in time to the beat, but don’t be fooled, it is our most intense workout. It is open to all levels, as coaches are on hand to support & offer modifications if necessary. If you keep coming back, you will quickly see your fitness improve.
