HIIT VS HOUSE
HIIT vs House is a high intensity cardio/strength workout, with a killer soundtrack curated by our resident DJ & immersive light display, using 25,000 LED lights. You will work every muscle hard in 45 minutes by using resistance bands, gliding discs (amazing for your core!), hand weights & through body weight exercises. It is open to all levels, as coaches are on hand to support & offer modifications if necessary. If you keep coming back, you will quickly see your fitness improve.
We also have HIIT vs Club Classics & HIIT vs Garage, which use the same format but have different DJ mixes.
HIIT X is our most Xtreme workout. Each interval starts with a huge bass drop, as our resident DJ has curated an especially hard-hitting mix. Expect to use body-weight exercises, hand weights & gliding discs to get your heart pumping, your lungs on fire & to burn heaps of calories, especially with only very short rest periods.
Coaches are on hand to offer modifications, but if it is too hard/too much HIIT, then you can always try HIIT vs House, which has longer rest periods & more strength rounds.
