HIIT VS HOUSE
HIIT X is our most Xtreme workout. Each interval starts with a huge bass drop, as our resident DJ has curated an especially hard-hitting mix. Expect to use body-weight exercises, hand weights & gliding discs to get your heart pumping, your lungs on fire & to burn heaps of calories, especially with only very short rest periods.
Coaches are on hand to offer modifications, but if it is too hard/too much HIIT, then you can always try HIIT vs House, which has longer rest periods & more strength rounds.
