Run along the Thames whilst you enjoy the best beats through our state of the art wireless headphones. Every few minutes we stop at designated points to perform body weight exercises, where our instructors will coach you via microphone & will always be there to offer progressions, regressions & encouragement. In 35 minutes we will work every muscle group, whilst seeing the sites of London. We always stay together, so run at your own speed, we are a team & leave nobody behind!

An instructor lead, full body workout, performed in time to a killer hip hop soundtrack, that is produced by our in house DJs.

Each track you repeat different movement routines, that are easy to follow, physically demanding & target specific muscle groups. We predominately use body weight exercises, however, we also use resistance bands, gliders and smaller weights to tone & strengthen. Our experienced and motivational instructors will help keep your heart rate elevated throughout. Working at a high intensity will lead to increased calorie output, both during the session & for up to 48 hours after. Innovative movements are chosen to not only strengthen muscles, but also to increase mobility.  

When the session finishes we HIIT the bar, for a smoothie or something naughtier!

Lift, slam & push your way to peak fitness. Our innovative circuits use different compound movements to burn fat & build lean muscle. When your energy levels feel depleted, house mixes created by our top DJs will lift you back up.

We use ‘Blood Shunt’ circuits to create scientifically effective workouts. Moving from a station that works your upper body, to one that works your lower body allows your muscles to partially recover, whilst making your heart work harder, burning more calories. Our experienced instructors will offer you progressions & regressions at each station, so all abilities will be able to challenge their muscular strength & endurance.

We always finish by bicep curling a beverage to our lips in the bar post session. Enjoy a smoothie or something with less fruit & more bubbles!

Release energy, emotion, and leave a stronger you.

By incorporating pad work, technique, and strength, we will raise your heart rate and have you feeling like a complete boxer. Hit the pads for 1 round, then HIIT the floor. It’s challenging for all levels, but don’t worry our BASS soundtrack will invigorate you and make you go harder than you thought possible. You’ll leave having learned many of the boxing fundamentals, including stance, jab, and various combinations. You’ll be motivated to return as our experienced coaches help your fitness & technique get stronger.

We are not cutting for a fight, so join us for some rehydration in the bar post session.
