Tone & Tempo
The main focus is the ‘Tone’ rounds, where you strengthen & sculpt using small weights, resistance bands & gliding discs. There are 2 short ‘Tempo’ rounds, which will get your heart pumping & if you are thinking about taking on our HIIT classes, this is a great introduction.
It is open to all levels, as trainers are on hand to support & offer modifications if necessary.
Barre & Beats
A Barre class that is not super serious, but has seriously good tunes! Barre classes draw on Pilates, Yoga and dance to build core strength and improve balance, posture and flexibility. We use bodyweight, light weights and resistance bands for intensity, variety and progression.
